Internet Neutrality refers to the simple idea that all websites should be served in the same way by each and every Internet Service Provider. On January 14th, 2014, the FCC lost a major legal fight against operators while trying to enforce such a principle. This is a door wide open to generalized content subscriptions, access fees for certain high bandwidth websites (Youtube, Netflix, etc.) and lobby-driven website prioritization.
